Yes , you are eligible for appearing in NEET 2021 examination even if you're doing BCA

This is because,

There is no rule which says that if you are doing BCA or any graduation you become ineligible for Neet examination, as to be eligible for neet what all one needs is :

* to must have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-

-) at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB  i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology  in 12th examination  if belongs to general category

-) at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to  Obc/ Sc /st category

-)at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of general/ews pwd candidates to be eligible.

So if you fulfill this criteria as per your category then you are eligible for Neet 2021 examination , even if you are doing BCA  .

Also,
there is no upper age limit for Neet examination

Coming to which code you should select:-

You should choose code 2.

This is because,

Though you are doing BCA, your highest qualification with physics chemistry and Biology remains 10 + 2 so you should choose code 2 as :-
it is for all those who have passed 12th with physics chemistry and Biology and  are either not pursuing graduation or pursuing but doesn't have physics chemistry biology in their graduation
