To change college in second year is quite difficult.

Sometimes even Changing branch becomes critical.and you can only get admission in second year of you are done with diploma in the same branch you are seeking admission in.

Yes it is possible for you to change your college in 2nd year. But if you decide to change your college in 2nd year then you'll have to fill fresh application form for b.com admission in any other college. You'll not get any edge of passing 1st year from banglore central university. So you'll have to start afresh yor course once again.
