Hello

Yes , you can give GATE exam for cse even if you are from IT branch. Anyone can give exam in which stream he / she interested in GATE. So you can give GATE exam of cse . For giving this you have to study syllabus of cse branch . As the gate syllabus for every branch is different so you have to study cse branch syllabus for gate.
