If you have a BEd, you are definitely eligible for a teacher's job in any pvt insitute/school. The only issue you may face is the experience requiredas it varies from school to school. However, as I can see you are a post graduate in English, it may also work to your advantage. Register yourself in a few employment portals and keep a watch on your local newspaper classifieds for jobs in local schools.
