Yes you can go for engineering counselling but it's not possible for first counselling .You may have to go for second or third counselling if you have qualified in eamcet with better marks.All the best Santhosh!

Hello. Hey you can go for the engineering counseling session to get a seat for yourself. You will be given a seat based on your marks in the supplementary exam. If you qualify and are eligible, you will get a seat otherwise you will be denied any seat.
