No, you are supposed to give your roll number not your registration number. Central Board of Secondary Education conducts class 10th board examination for regular and private students. Students who have enrolled in class X of a school affiliated with the CBSE board are eligible to appear in CBSE 10th board exam 2021-22. CBSE will conduct the term 2 2022 exams from April 26, 2022.
