Yes you can get a branch like CSE or ECE or IT but you have to go for private college. With your rank it's impossible to get a government college even if you have reservations.
Better apply for counseling and give options of good private colleges. Don't worry there are many students who study in private colleges and had made a great career and living happily and yes they worked hard.
You also have to work very very hard for 4 years to get one career free from problems else you have to face the rude world were no one will care you. This is all because of skills. If you have then you are a genius.
Do as I said and choose one which you are interested.
