If the third round is to be held by the ACPC then the information will be upadated on the official website of the ACPC only. So in order to get the updates about the third round of the counselling you will have to keep on checking the website of ACPC and you can apply for the same as you have applied in the previous rounds by means of online counselling. Also the vacant seats will be published after the completion of the second round.
