Using a previous year's photo and date on your admit card might be accepted, but it depends on the exam authority's rules.

Your face should be clearly visible, and be ensure that your photo should be either of current or 6 month or 12 months old only , if your face is not matched, and not visible clearly then the authority will warn you with mail regarding changing of your photo so be ensure to be updated will all the information.
