Hey there,

As per your query I would like to tell you that that with this score is difficult to get secure the seat is quite impossible.only ranks uptown below 300ranks getting admission in AIIMS.

As per year the chances Cutt off Mark's changes and depending on the difficulty level of questions papers and the numbers of students appearing in the exam and number of seats.
