Hey Shahid !
There won't be any problem if you paste the photo with the name and date.
The governing body stated that the the photo to be affixed is to be a recent one.
Since you stated that the photo that you were about to paste had the name and date printed upon it, it clearly suggests that the photograph was a recent one.
You can assuringly use the photo, no problem.
Even if you have any doubt, you can paste the photo the one you had uploaded while the application form filling.
