I suppose you are talking about AIIMS UG entrance over here.

For General category, minimum cutoff to get an AIIMS seat is 50% marks.

For pH candidate, this comes down. But still due to increase in competition and limited pH seats, I would suggest you to aim for 120+ marks as it eill surely fetch you a seat in AIIMS Delhi. (pH category)
