Last year, AIIMS New Delhi Cut-off for general category was till AIR 52 with 99.9829207 percentile. In 2016 too, admissions closed at AIR 37 for general category .

It might not be possible to get admission in AIIMS New Delhi, but yes he can easily get admission in AIIMS other than New Delhi like Jodhpur, Bhubaneswar, Bhopal, Patna etc.

Also, he can apply for second best medical college for MBBS in India, that is, Christian Medical college, Vellore ranked 3rd by NIRF.

Other colleges with higher NIRF ranking after AIIMS New Delhi and Christian Medical college are-

NIRF rank(5)- Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore. Last year cut off rank-17922-463647

NIRF rank(6)-Banaras Hindu University, vanaras. Last year cutoff rank- 761

NIRF rank(7)- Kasturba Medical College, Manipal. Last year cutoff marks-415

If you want to prefer medical colleges just in New Delhi, there are good colleges like-

1)Institite of Liver and Biliary Science 

2)Maulana Azad Medical College

3)Jamia Hamdard

4)Vardhman Mahavir Medical college and Safdarjung Hospital

5) University College of Medical College

Unfortunately if I go by the previous year data then she cannot get admission in aiims delhi.
Previous year the last rank admitted for a general candidate was 53.
However she might get aiims bhopal (647)
Aiims jodjpur(459)
Aiims bhuvaneshvar(542).
