With your AIR and 86.54, I’m sorry to say that, it might be not possible to get a seat in AIIMS. As the last year 2018 cut off AIR was 14510, category rank 304 and percentile 96.1877341 for SC (it’s the lowest among all), and the college allocated was AIIMS Mangalagiri. And no, you cannot participate for 1st round of counselling as only SC with 92.1628908 are eligible and for further rounds, you have to wait for the next notice/list. As you are qualified, you can participate in open round but generally, it only happens in case of vacancies which have very few seats available.
