Dear candidate,
The ews counselling starts only from second round and is applicable only in some central universities according to the information from mcc site.
So in Andhra Pradesh whichever college has ews reservation they would consider it for counselling only after the allotment of seats for round 1 has been completed.
Stay tuned in career 360 site and official neet site of ap for further information.
