I would say you can prioritize these engineering streams in two categories one is scope of the stream and other is based on your interest level.
the future in CSE will be in these technologies,
AI and Machine Learning
Cyber security
Data science
Blockchain
cloud computing
if you are interested in working with communication technologies, Sensors, Microprocessors then you can choose ECE.
