It is both memo. It is not mandatory to give both memo long term memo or short term memo. you can give either long term memo or short term memo. Basically the short term memo is given while AP EAMCET Certification Verification. But if in case you have long memo you can also give that memo. Some documents that you can carry while counselling:

1. TS EAMCET rank card

2. TS EAMCET hall ticket

3. Aadhar card

4. Marks sheet

5. Study certification

6. Transfer certificate

7. Memo cum pass certificate
