If you have allotted a seat in first round of counselling any want upgradation I am not and not join the college then you not to be penalised and you will be allowed for appearing in subsequent round. Hindi sound you mein UP mein tech upgradation for your seat in pg Medical courses. What is upgradation yesterday star yourself finally  mentioning the name of the colleges and the specific seat you want to join.
