Generally Girls in engineering are less than boys and specially in branches like civil, Mechanical, Automobiles their ratio is lowest so don't expect girls if you're choosing Automobile. This is the reason why govt introduce 10% supernumerary seats for girls in IITs.

I think there is hardly any college in which number of girls are more than boys in engineering College.
And in automobile it needs lots of dedication and physical and mental strength . And all the pressure and work all girls can not able to handle..
