Most of the subjects in CS/IT are same when you are in undergraduate .A few are different.

There is a slight difference between CS and IT. CS students have to study algorithms more and IT students have to read programming ,installation of software and hardware.

Both Cs and IT leads to same kind of Jobs whichever suits you but CS is mostly preffered by the students.Most of the college have CSE course but not IT in that case CSE can be preffered .
