Hello Dear

Yeah definitely you can be able to take the admission in the Allen Institute which is situated at Kota (Rajasthan). There is not any boundation for the admission for the any board candidate. So basically in the IIT-JEE you medium of board doesn't matter only the percentage in that respective board matters a lot.
