You can definitely get the CSE branch in a top 10 Engineering college through your COMEDK rank.

I think you can surely apply for the following colleges-

1. NITTE Meenakshi Inst. of Tech.

• Cutoff for CSE- 11000
• Cutoff for ECE- 19000
• Avg. Package- 5.4 LPA

2. BNMIT

• Cutoff for CSE- 7700
• Cutoff for ECE- 15000
• Avg. Package- 5 LPA

The average package is not up to par with the top 5 colleges but you can definitely get the placement of 6 to 8 LPA if you work hard in your 4 years.
