No you don't have to pay any more rupees for correction in the JEE mains form
It is free of cost.
But if you change any of those particulars that might result in the change of your registration fees then you have to pay that balance amount for example suppose if you have registered the JEE mains form by some other category suppose SC then you have paid less for it and if you again change it to general then you have to pay the balance amount
