As you have not mentioned about the counselling body or for which stream you want to be counseled so it is little bit difficult to guide you with the accurate information but however considering your professional you are an engineering aspirant so you might be asking for JOSAA Counselling. If you are going to appear for JOSAA counselling then you have to pay the seat acceptance fee if and only if the seat has been alloted to you and you are satisfied with that seat then you should select freeze option and then you have to pay Rs. 35,000/- (Rs.15,000/- for reserved category).
