Hello,

When you participate in second phase counselling and get seat allotment then the previous seat that was allotted in first phase will gets cancelled automatically and it will be allotted to a candidate who is next meritorious. You cannot claim the previous seat allotment as you are allotted a seat in second phase counselling. Also as you have cancelled the seat allotted in second phase counselling you cannot claim the seat allotted in second phase as well.
