In the recent scenerio fields related to OT and data science offered great opportunity therefore I will highly recommend you to choose computer science and engineering because there are two benefits associated with this first is it will be very easy to get a job and the packages are high compared to other streams.

For CSE it is better to try for IIT if you can else other institutions are also doing well in this field.
