If you have done final submission, you can't change anything .

But if there came some minor mistakes like wrong marks or something, you can request to them for that at the time of Document verification and normally they let you change or you may also attach some affidavit for that.For district also in the same way you can try.

As you said that once you have modified so on your part you have did your homework and now they're responsible if the inconvenience you saw.

So don't worry for that.
