As per my research and knowledge, AIIMS allows editing in the Basic Registration form. The correction window allows only changing the Basic Registration form that too in case of images that are wrongly uploaded and not according to the specifications of AIIMS and where the corrections have to be made is decided the authorities.

 The correction of the final registration form after the payment is done, is not allowed.

But you can still give a try once.

When you open the website, you will find some contact information including their mail, you can contact them or mail them about your problem, sometimes when there are no ways, this can help. But this problem of yours should not be of much matter to you.
