You have to undergo Scholastic Ability Test (SAT) for studying B.Tech. in the USA. Most Colleges there accept SAT Score. Some Colleges might consider your IELTS Score. But, you also need to have extra-curricular Activities like winning in Seminars, Debates etc. Other than this your 12 marks should be good and some colleges conduct an exam of their own followed by an interview
