This is quite a difficult task to know the marks required to get marks required for rank 1 ( ur- ph ) in aiims cause they dont release such statistics also i want to say you should not be running towards this cause this marks change drastically and totally sepend on the capability on that years PH students. You can yourself set a new mark. Keep trying hard you will surely be selected . Don't be too greedy.
