For eligibility 75% minimum is required

Yes for getting admission into IITs and NITs a general/obc category student is required to get 75% in cbse 12th.For sc and st it is 65%

In order to take admission in IITs you should have 75% marks in your board exam or you should be in top 20 percentile.
