The rank which you have scored inspite of being SC category is quite low and in this getting any good colleges would not at all be possible because of the higher cutoffs but definitely there are many more lower or mid range of colleges where you can try for the admission.

In 407376 rank you have no chance to get admission in any govt college like NITs or GFTIs At these marks your general rank is 450k and at this rank you will not be able to get admission in govt college but you can go for private colleges and some state government colleges.
