Don't worry, just close the complete window on which you were working and re-open and the re login using your credentials and the issues was raised because photographs or images which you have uploaded might not be meeting the prescribed criteria which is mentioned below :-

> The recent photograph should be either in colour or black/white with 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against a white background.

> File size for candidate’s photograph should be in the range of 10 kb - 200 kb. File size for candidate’s signature should be in the range of 4kb - 30kb.

> File size for duly verified result awaited attestation form should be in the range of 50kb - 500kb.

> File size for category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS etc.) should be in the range of 50kb to 300KB.

> File size for PwD certificate should be in the range of 50kb - 300kb in jpg/jpeg format.

So kindly upload images as per the above resolutions and try aging to proceed further.

JEE-Main 2021 correction window is now live on ( https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/webinfo2021/Page/Page?PageId=1&LangId=P ) and it will active only till January 30th 2021 so during this time period you can make some necessary corrections in your application form which you have submitted during December 16th to Januaray 23rd 2021. Note that you will not abe allowed to edit all your details but only some details which are mentioned below :

> Personal Details like spelling mistakes, in your name or your father's name or your mother's name

> Information regarding the academic details like your class 10th details or class 12th details.

> Change of Paper will be allowed means the candidates will be allowed to change their choice of paper from Paper 1 to Paper 2 (and vice versa). Both papers can also be selected for which the candidates have to pay the balance fee.

> Language of Examination will also be allowed to be changed by the candidates within the list of available options.

> Name, State of Eligibility, and Date of Birth will also be open for correction during this correction window.

> The provision of changing categories selected by candidates in the application form is also provided to the candidates. If the candidates changed their category from general to reserved, then no refund of fees will be done. However, if the candidates change their category from reserved to general, then they have to pay the balance fee.

> You will also be allowed to remove any of your image discrepancy (if required) as per the prescribed criteria.
