In JoSAA counselling rounds, do they consider only the CRL rank?

Category wise ranks ar econsidered for candidates having particular reservations like SC, ST, OBC, etc.

CRL ranks is for general category students who do not fall into any above said reservations.

Both are considered for Josaa Counselling.

Based on best possible combination students given admission into NITs, IIITs and GFTIs on cutoffs qualifications.
