In Josaa GFTIs are also come under the NIT+ system. So it is complosary to get 75% in your 12th standard. If you didn't get 75% in your 12th standard then you are eligible for Josaa counciling. At reporting centres,officials will not allow you if you didn't have 75% in your 12th standard. Hope this answer will help you.
