Dear Aspirant,

If you have important documents missing then college administration might not entertain this and will cancel your seat. Important documents include documents like Domicile certificate, Income Certificate(if applicable), category certificate(if applicable), etc. If you missed documents like these then this will jeopardize your seat.

However, if you have missed on some not that important document like the passing certificate of 12th, then you could talk through with college administration and this will be of no problem.
