The formula to calculate rank from percentile is , 

(100-P) × N / 100 where P is the percentile and N is the total number of applicants.  

P= 90.12 , N = 2,76,166 ( in PCM )

100- 90.12 = 9.88

9.88 × 276166/ 100= 27285.2 

Hence , your rank would be between 27000 and 30000.
