In mp be counselling , what's the difference between CE and CE - FW

Ce is normal branch and ce fw is the tfw seat.( fee waiver )

The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Madhya Pradesh has released the result of MP BE 2019 first phase allotment through JEE Main in online mode on July 13. Students can check their seat allotment result by login to the MP BE Counselling portal using their application number and date of birth. Result for first and second upgradation on the basis of first allotment has also been published. The upgradation process was scheduled for students who applied for upgrade in their allotted seat in first round. The round 2 seat allotment will be published on July 31
