As you mentioned that your 10th marksheet has wrong spelling of your father's name, now you will have to proceed with that wrong spelling in your Application form because there is no way to change that spelling in the 10th Marksheet and spelling should be same in both places.

Now, Just proceed with that wrong spelling and fill out the same wrong spelling.
