see generally for the government recruitment examinations like ssc cgl, ssc chsl etc. your name and dob , father name or parents name are taken consider as mentioned in 10th standard. so it is suggested to use the full name, dob and parents name as it is on 10th certificate and fill any of the form according to it. so it would not be effected that you have a middle name in college degree certificate.
