Since there is a mistake in the information input in your 12th registration, you should contact the Headquarters for CBSE of your region since it till show up in your final marksheet. Check their official website and mail the authorities about the same. You can also check their Q&A section if they have answered the same query or not. But best would be mailing the authorities and visiting them on appointment for the correction of details.
