NEET is a entrance exam conducted by NTA particularly for courses like MBBS, BDS, BAMS etc

The eligibilty criteria for NEET is 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with minimum percentage as followed:

UR/UR(EWS)-50%
OBC/SC/ST-40/
UR(PH)-45%

Since your percentage is below the eligibility criteria for NEET exam you are not eligible for the NEET entrance exam.

This is because,

To be eligible for neet, you should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-

• at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB  i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology  in 12th examination  if belongs to general/ews category

• at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to  Obc/ Sc /st category

• at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.

Now,

You belong to ews category and your aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology  is

= 37 + 43 + 53

= 133 marks

=( 133 /  300  x 100 )%

=  44 . 3 % i. e less then 50% which is minimum percentage requirement for ews category to be eligible.

Thus, you are not eligible.

ADVICE:- I would suggest you to give 12th improvement examination, so that you can meet minimum percentage requirement of 50 % and be eligible for NEET examination.
