The cut-off of a college varies every year. So, it depends on the scores scored by students this year, availability of seats in a particular college, quotas, and all other factors. So, you may get admission to the colleges that are showing that you have a good chance of getting that college. Everything depends on the cut-off of this year of the particular colleges.

Sometimes, because of seat availability or due to cut off of last years' criteria, it may show like that. However, there are chances to get into those colleges. But, if the seats were full and there is no availability, then probably, you cannot get a seat.
