See as you have done schooling out from Delhi, your region will be OD. However if your caste certificate is from Delhi, that is not a problem.

You will be treated on the basis of your address proof. If you have Delhi based ID Proof, then you will taken into account of SC.

If your IDs are not Delhi based, your application will be treated as outside Delhi.
