Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning requires lot of reading like Newspaper viz. ET, business standard, TOI and newschannels like Bloomberg, CNBC, NDTV. The more you're comfortable with language and grammar the better understanding and grasp you would have over this section. You can devote daily 1.5 hours in reading and watching news. For Preparation, you can refer ro books recommended by toppers like mentioned in below link. https://www.google.co.in/amp/s/bschool.careers360.com/articles/cat-must-read-books-for-preparation%3famp

Think and Practice is the main stretch to get well score in this section.

Above all this you should go through previous years questions and get an idea of pattern and level of questions been asked in previous CAT papers.

Different types of DI Sets:

Tables & its variants
Bar Chart
Line Graphs
Pie Charts
Venn Diagram
Miscellaneous data types  Spider, Triangle, Scatter Diagram

Different types of LR Sets:

Arrangements (Linear and Circular)
Tournament & Games
Sequencing & Ranking
Selection
Networks & Routes
Cubes & Venn Diagrams
Puzzles
Do not be afraid of solving complicated DI and LR sets. You need to continuously challenge yourself and solve as many advanced level problems as possible.

Practice sectional mocks and analyse them to understand the concepts clearly.

Coming to VA section:
You are good in Quants but the method to follow VA is different. The CAT Verbal Section is all about testing Reading Ability. Simply put, it is the measure of how well a candidate can relate to the ideas presented in the paragraph.
Practice the mocks, previous year papers, analyse them and know area you need to work hard.
In VA, the important part is accepting critics and evaluate critically so worry less about your grammar and focus on other aspects.

Good Luck.
