in my neet application form which i submitted, the scanned signature copy has a line "scanned using camscanner" below my signature. will this be a problem?

In response to your query if the scanned document is pretty much clear in the detailing of the important information and data then that would reduce the chances of your application form getting rejected. However the candidate should keep noting about the correction windows, they do open certainly once if not twice before the examination, and therein you can make the changes.
