I can understand your situation.Its really disturbing that the exam authorities are conducting the exam in this situation.Recently Karnataka conducted CET 2020 where 1.94 lakh students qppeared and 40 students were COVID-19-positive.
I think COMEDK will also conduct the exam and they will be postponed it only if government takes any action against.But i would suggest you not to appear for the exam even if they will conduct it because covering a distance of 200km is very risky in this pandemic.You will get many opportunities in future but life is very important so take care of it.
Hopefully they postponed the exam, till then talk to your parents regarding what should be done.If you have any private 4 Wheeler vehicle or if you can afford it on rent then you can appear for the exam.

You would be allowed to travel,your hall ticket will be work as pass to travel as far as I know.
Moreover if the conditions would continue to worsen may be their is chance that they might postpone the exam.
