You can get lateral entry in almost any college except NITs and IITs. You just need to qualify their eligibility criteria, most colleges give lateral entry based on your merit in 1 year whereas some College conduct their own entrance exam for this. Please specify in which college you want to take lateral entry so that I can brief you on it.
