You do not need to upload any Category Certificate until Document verification process begins. So if you are certain that you will be getting your EWS Certificate atleast before the Counselling begins, please select EWS as your Category in the NEET application form. There is 10% reservation for EWS Candidates and you can actually benefit from that.
