Hello, if you marked two options for one answer it won't be reviewed, even if it's correct you won't get +4. The rules and regulations released by NTA says this very clearly that only one option should be marks and if two of them are marked not a single one will be taken into consideration. So I think you won't get any marks for that question.

I didn't mark the complete bubble just the number was coloured...
